we are a husband and wife, who have been saved by grace by God and because we have been saved by grace we desire to see others to be saved by His grace as well and walk in oneness with him through discipleship.
what has discipleship looked like for us and why are we so passionate about it? we wouldn’t be who we are or where we are today without one God saving us, but also our obedience to allow Him to bring people into our lives to walk with us, ask us all the questions that we didn’t know needed to be asked. discipleship looked like, being at their house almost every day, talking about God’s word everyday, being challenged every day, praying together everyday, and even just seeing daily life with them everyday. we got to see how a husband and wife did life together in the highs and lows, we got to see how they parented and discipled their kids in the highs and lows, there was no hiding, no pretending, just straight up this is who we are, this is who God has called us to be and what he has called us to do and we want you to be part of it. and we are so thankful for the many invitations we have received over the years because it is what has formed us into a husband and wife that love the Lord and desire to continue the legacy of those who have taught us the way of Jesus and still continue too even from a far.
what is our encouragement to you?
PRAY to be discipled.
Being in your room shut up alone daily is not going to get you to where the Lord wants you. He has people ready to disciple you, love you, teach you, challenge you, pray with you, cry and laugh with you.
There is fun and tears to be found in rich discipleship!
if you want to be discipled, all you have to do is go to the Father and ask, “you have not because you ask not”

Somos un matrimonio que ha sido salvado por la gracia de Dios, y precisamente por haber sido salvados por su gracia, deseamos que otros también sean salvados por ella y caminen en unidad con Él a través del discipulado.
¿Cómo ha sido el discipulado para nosotros y por qué nos apasiona tanto? No seríamos quienes somos ni estaríamos donde estamos hoy sin que Dios nos hubiera salvado, pero también gracias a nuestra obediencia al permitir que Él trajera personas a nuestras vidas para caminar con nosotros y hacernos todas las preguntas que ni siquiera sabíamos que necesitábamos hacernos. El discipulado consistió en estar en su casa casi todos los días, hablar de la Palabra de Dios a diario, ser desafiados constantemente, orar juntos todos los días e incluso compartir la vida cotidiana con ellos. Pudimos ver cómo un matrimonio vivía su vida juntos en los buenos y malos momentos, cómo criaban y discipulaban a sus hijos en las alegrías y las dificultades. No había nada que ocultar, ni pretensiones, simplemente: “Así somos, esto es lo que Dios nos ha llamado a ser y a hacer, y queremos que seas parte de ello”. Y estamos muy agradecidos por las muchas invitaciones que hemos recibido a lo largo de los años, porque es lo que nos ha formado como un matrimonio que ama al Señor y desea continuar el legado de quienes nos han enseñado el camino de Jesús y que aún hoy, desde la distancia, siguen haciéndolo.
¿Cuál es nuestro consejo para ti?
Ora para ser discipulado.
Estar encerrado solo en tu habitación todos los días no te llevará a donde el Señor quiere que estés. Él tiene personas listas para discipularte, amarte, enseñarte, desafiarte, orar contigo, llorar y reír contigo.
¡Hay alegría y lágrimas en un discipulado profundo!
Si quieres ser discipulado, todo lo que tienes que hacer es ir al Padre y pedirle: “No tienes porque no pides”.
